UAB “IF Concept”, having the largest and most modern production base in Aukstaitija, manufactures furniture components and blanks according to your order. You can order it even without leaving home: online, and we will produce goods for you faster than in 7 days from the date of confirmation of the order. We will deliver to Panevezys and Panevezys district free of charge, to other cities – upon separate agreement.

We trade in different types of panels: LMDP, NMDP, MDF, MPP, HDF, OSB, MFP, FANERA, COMPACT HPL. We cooperate with reliable manufacturers of panels, countertops and furniture accessories such as Termopal, Egger, Pfleiderer, Ecopal, Kronospan, Falco, Cleaf, Innovus, Gizir, AGT, Smart, Evola, and Gruppo Mauro Savida. Therefore, we only offer you ISO-compliant materials.

How to order?

You can order custom-made furniture blanks in a very simple way – just fill in a specific order form and email it to us: ruosiniai@ifconcept.lt.  Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, we will carry out the work, and your order will be ready faster than in 7 days from the confirmation of the order.

 

 

We offer panel cutting service for furniture makers. According to orders, we cut pieces of furniture of various sizes and shapes from LMDP, NMDP, MDF, MPP, HDF, OSB, MFP, FANERA, COMPACT HPL boards.

  • Cutting in angle;
  • Edge cutting by turned saw blade;
  • Cutting of figurative parts.

UAB “IF Concept” offers edge lamination services:

  • Lamination of figurative elements with ABS edge, HPL tape and wood sheets;
  • Edging with ABS, PVC, HPL and wood sheets;
  • Creasing of figurative elements;
  • Applying adhesives on the edge.

We provide drilling services:

  • Drilling of all necessary furniture elements according to the drawings;
  • Drilling of parts.

UAB “IF Concept” offers milling services:

  • Milling of countertops and panels, grooves for MPP backs, knobs, etc. by CNC milling machine according to your needs;
  • CNC milling in 2D format;
  • Milling of countertops;
  • Wood milling;
  • Plywood milling;
  • Organic glass milling;
  • Milling of MDF, LMDP, OSB, MDF boards.

We offer for furniture makers a service of gluing high-pressure laminate (HPL) on particle board (MDP) and medium-density fibreboard (MDF).
